Refund Policy

Failed transcriptions

Credits are held against your balance while a transcription runs and are only spent once it succeeds. If a transcription fails for any reason, the held credits are returned to your balance automatically. You are not charged for work you did not receive.

Credits never expire

Purchased credit packs are one-time purchases with no expiration date and no subscription to cancel. There is nothing to lose by buying ahead of when you need it.

Requesting a refund on a purchase

If you believe a purchase was made in error, was unauthorized, or you are otherwise unsatisfied within a reasonable time of purchase, contact [email protected] with your order details. Refund requests are reviewed individually; a purchase with substantial unused credit and a request made promptly after the charge is the most straightforward case to approve.

Requests made long after purchase, or where most of the purchased credit has already been used, are less likely to be approved.

How refunds are processed

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for all purchases. An approved refund is issued by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method, and any unused credit granted by that purchase is removed from your balance.
